
Social Media - Delta Defense
As part of the social media team, I started as a designer who was responsible for all graphics for organic Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, as well as all paid ads, sales pages and squeeze pages for the team. Shortly after starting I was leading the testing and optimization of sales pages and squeeze pages while assisting in optimizing ads.
As I learned more about the team's goals and efforts, I identified holes in the Instagram strategy, pitched solutions, and ended up leading Instagram from strategy to implementation.
After the new strategies and tactics were proven, I was able to lead our 4 'public profile' pages, and assist in optimizing and developing new strategies and tactics for Facebook and Twitter.

During my time on the team I grew the Instagram account from 22,000 to 89,000 followers while achieving growth rates of impressions 302%, reach 400%, likes 271%, comments 415%, saves 333%, website clicks 150% and email clicks 146%.
